Highlights include a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a large corner balcony to enjoy panoramic views of the bay and ocean. The kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, hairdryer, electronic safe, iron/ironing board, in-suite washer/dryer, and TVs in each room.
A resort fee will be charged at check-in and is not included. The fee covers pool and beach access, with rates of $35 per day for stays of 1-6 days, $22.5 per day for stays of 7-29 days, and $15 per day for stays of 30+ days. Valet parking is available at $40 per day for 1-6 days or $15 per day/$105 weekly for 7-29 days. A Pack’n Play crib is available for free upon request.

The area is surrounded by numerous restaurants and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can dine, enjoy horse races, or try your luck at the casino just five minutes away. The property is minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport, with a 24-hour Walmart next door and a Publix Supermarket two minutes away. Instacart is also available for grocery delivery.
Guests will be provided with a wristband to access the pool and beach. The pool attendants will provide guests with towels. The resort fee covers both beach and pool access. A laptop computer is not included.
