Open to month-to-month but ideally a 6 month lease would be great. Available starting September 15. Furniture can also be moved as needed if you would prefer to bring your own! I'm new to renting out my place but very communicative and compassionate. Expectation is that you'd have all utilities in your name and would cover but willing to change that arrangement.
