An initial stock of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, and dish soap is provided, but guests should plan to replenish supplies as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests. The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests with 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 1 trifold floor mattress. A laptop computer is not included.
