It functioned for the most part as a vacation getaway so everyday stress of living has been minimal. The location is an advantage: about 15 min to the beach, fishing piers and parks. Being just off S.R. 54 and 19 there are plenty of restaurants and retail shops.
Our quaint bungalow had a new roof in 2014, all the windows have been replaced and the hot water heater was just replaced in December. Trim painting and new shutters installed January of this year. There's a carport to protect your car with a small storage room at the back. An additional bonus: this home is being sold furnished!
The only caveat - this home does not have central heat and air, therefore we request "cash only" sale and have priced the property accordingly for quick sale.
