The rear yard and grounds were re-contoured and hardscaped, garden beds and a new gazebo were added. Existing concrete slabs were repurposed to create a driveway for the downstairs walkout basement workshop/garage.
Appliances/Utilities were replaced with new high-efficiency products, gas forced air furnace and air conditioning, well pump, regulator and water treatment system, water heater and kitchen appliances including gas cooktop and convection oven.
