Spacious bedroom closets are equipped with hanging shelves and hangers for your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the private back porch with seating for everyone. Relax inside with local channels and Netflix available on the flat-screen TV, and enjoy family games stocked in the living room. This condo is stocked with all the essentials to make packing easier.
Beach gear including chairs, towels, toys, and a cooler are provided. Two assigned parking spots are included with your stay, with one covered parking spot. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Coin-op laundry facilities are available on-site.
The Island Suite is perfectly located in town, just a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown district and only a couple miles from the nearest public beach. Walk to local favorites such as Old Coast Ales, Osprey Tacos, and Llama.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper.
