Parking passes are available for a maximum of 2 cars. Laundry facilities are available on each floor of buildings 1, 2, and 3, and on the first floor of building 4, with a fee.

From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine.
