The fully stocked kitchen includes a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a breakfast nook perfect for shared meals. The bedrooms offer a queen bed in two rooms and a twin daybed in the third, with additional sleeping arrangements in the living room.
For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to keep the space fresh. Bringing pets is welcome with a $120 fee per pet per stay. A maximum of either one large animal or two small animals is allowed, and all pets must be kenneled and house trained. Pet waste must be properly disposed of, and pets must be kept off furniture and bedding, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and fees.
