According to the assessors records the home was built in 1882. The sellers said the home was built as a wedding present by a local lumber man around that time. The sellers have been told the exterior siding is cedar and the daughter thought there was a fireplace between the living room & dining area. To my knowledge, there is not a survey. The family said their parents had city utilities and Spire natural gas when they lived there but they are not currently on, only the electric is on at this time.
