Office/living room also has carpet (original hardwoods are under all carpeted areas.) Full bath has new vanity, new mirrored medicine cabinet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, new toilet & tub/shower has been resurfaced. Full bath also has a spacious linen closet. Half bath can easily be converted to a full! New garage door opener, side door from garage to the extra carport, pull down attic stairs in garage for more storage. Exterior is all masonry (brick & block & hardiplank.) All windows have storm windows. Backyard has an area for pets & children to play. Directly across the intersection are Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Sonny's BBQ and more. At the other entrance to the community without a traffic light there is a gas station. All of those conveniences became even more valuable to me during the lockdown. This community qualifies for 100% financing through PATH which does not require mortgage insurance, utilizes a conventional appraisal, doesn't require second underwrite and is not down payment assistance.
