Look at a map first... this is an hour east of Denver just off of I 70.

Agate is a nice town but not for everyone, there is a post office, a K-8 school and almost nothing else. You would need to drive 11 miles to the nearest gas station in Deer Trail, 20 miles to the nearest grocery in Limon.

The house is a small cottage with 1 bath and 2 bedrooms (1 of which is pretty small). The yard has a fenced area and off street parking. New everything - furnace, appliances, roof, floor, ceiling, electric, walls, etc. Easy care tile and laminate floors throughout. Very cute if Agate makes sense for you.
