I don't even know where to start regarding how amazing this house is. Let's begin with the crown jewel: The primary bedroom and bathroom. It's 'yuge'. It's so grande (yes - with a fancy "e") that it spans the entire length of the 2nd floor with a giant sitting room (or office or exercise room or whatever else you want to put in there) The primary bathroom has a luxurious soaking tub that EVEN tall people will fit in (AND their knees!). Some may say the laundry room is the crown jewel. Yeah... you read that right. The LAUNDRY ROOM is just as amazing! It's practically a kitchen with a washer & dryer (with deeeep cabinets built in around them). There's even a cute, little fridge in there!! You know how sometimes the secondary bedrooms are just... meh. Well, not here. They're freakishly spacious, too. One of them even has ANOTHER sitting room /office / exercise space (or whatever) attached to it. I know, I know. It seems like I'm over using capital letters, here, but I really need you to FEEL the impact of what I'm telling you (see what I did there?).

You know, there's a whole 'nother bedroom and full bath on the main floor, too. The main floor has another office... or exercise room... there's room for everyone to have their own exercise room. Now let's talk about the back yard. When you drive up... or by it... you would never even guess how large and private this yard is. It's an oasis. And honestly, it's the perfect spot to sit and watch the neighborhood's fireworks displays.... which you'll get to experience if you move in by July 4. This Independence Day Extravaganza is so spectacular that the city of Kennesaw has theirs on a separate day (they may even pout about how cool Legacy Park's is. Nobody's confirmed that, tho). There's so much I want to tell you... 4 community pools, tennis courts, walking trails, community sports (swim team, soccer, adult kick ball, pickle ball), disc golf course, outdoor exercise equipment, community gym, neighborhood activities like chili cook-offs, concerts at the amphitheatre, etc. And, of course, the usuals: boasts (haha) open floor plan and tons of natural light. Be sure to ask me about the hi-tech HVAC. It's so hi-tech that I need the sellers to write a script for me to recite cuz I can't even get my head around it. Basically, it's ultra sensitive and accurate.
