The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook with ease and enjoy meals in the open dining area.
Beach service is available, including two chairs and one umbrella, weather permitting, and can only be used once per day. Valet parking is available for 1–7 days at $35 per day, 8+ days at $30 per day, or monthly at $650, with stays of 6 months or more at $480 per month. Package reception service is available, with regular hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) costing $5.50 per package and after hours costing $27.50.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. To ensure a secure experience, all guests must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Internet service is shared across the building and may vary in speed. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine.
