The fee is $40 per day for stays of 1–14 nights, $35 per day for stays of 15–29 nights, and $30 per day for stays of 30+ nights, with applicable taxes not included. Valet parking is optional, with rates of $35 per day for 1–7 days, $30 per day for 8+ days, $650 monthly, and $480 per month for stays of 6 months or more, with applicable taxes not included. At least one guest in the party must be 21 years or older. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice, as this will generate an additional cost.
