The garage door is high to allow the boat to fit as well. The front gate is aluminum and was designed without tracks or raceways in the driveway, a clear 20' span. The railings and spiral staircase are all welded aluminum then powder coated. The garage door is similar, all aluminum construction and powder coated. The roof and walls are sprayed with urethane foam providing superior insulation while also sealing the entire perimeter of the living space. The urethane also functions as an adhesive holding the exterior and roof panels more secure to the frame of the house. The roof panels were upgraded from the standard 24 ga galvalume steel to 20ga aluminum painted. The roof has a 30-year warranty. The house is pre-wired for a generator. Even the garage door is hurricane rated! The HVAC is 17 SEER with 4-zones. This is one extremely automated home with controls for security, blinds, and the 6 Sonos speakers (control per room and outside!) all from your phone. There is so much more.
