This "Piceno" model home (Floor plan in attachments) was custom built for them in 2017 by Taylor Morrison Homes, and has over $160k in upgrades. We built this as our “forever home”. But, our Florida obligations have since become simpler; and we have developed nomadic tendencies in response to that freedom. So, it’s time for us to explore a different location for our home base.
There is so much to express about Cobblestone as well. We love the amenity center, pool, and resort-styled activities. The pool is so close, that it entices us regularly. However, the rear yard is potentially large enough for installation of your own pool if desired. The central landscaping provides more time for such privileges as well. This development’s location also feels super convenient. With two entrances, it feels like there is a potential short cut from here to all the favorite stores and destinations on our list. Even the Legacy Trail is less than three blocks away.
