The address says Daggett and some of the addresses on the same street say Newberry Springs. This property sits on 2.5 acres and is just east of Minneola Rd. It's closer to I-40 and Rt 66 than the I-15 frwy. Newberry Springs is sandwiched between the I-40 and I-15 about 25 min. passed Barstow and two hours before Las Vegas or Laughlin.
This two-bedroom two bath 1979 Mobile Home has been updated and remodeled. One of the bathrooms needs a little more work. There is a foundation, a front and back porch to enjoy sitting on. Comes with refrigerator and stove. Buyer to pay for your own inspections. There is a wood fence around the property, an outdoor storage and a chicken pen. There was a grow there and we are in process of cleaning it up. Not much left to do and new owner will not be in any trouble.
Jobs are 30 to one hour away in Barstow and one of the military bases. There is a very large solar plant. Newberry Springs will be the suburbs of Barstow some day in my opinion as they are Building Barstow up with and hiring more people.
We are still in Country living here. Farmers grow Alfalfa, Pistachios and pomegranate. You can have a nice garden to grow your own food, have some chickens and perhaps a hoarse, a pig and a couple of goats. There are several Churches of different decontaminations here. Small Schools with individual attention to students, two truck stops, two restaurants, American Legion, Community Center and Family Center and a Bar to have a break and a good pizza.
I live here and enjoy the friendly neighbors and quiet living. Newberry Springs is still affordable living.
