- 549 and below: May be approved with a qualified co-signer (minimum 600 credit score and income of at least 2× the monthly rent)
If employed more than 1 year with current employer:
- 575+: No Risk Mitigation Fee
- 550-574: 50% Risk Mitigation Fee
- 525-549: 100% Risk Mitigation Fee
- 500-524: 150% Risk Mitigation Fee
- 499 or No credit history: May be approved with a qualified co-signer (minimum 600 credit score and income of at least 2× the monthly rent)

- Combined household income must be at least 2x the rent
