You've got to see this one to believe it! The back yard is a true Florida oasis. With the sparkling salt water pool and beautiful tropical landscaping you'll never want to leave home. The pool liner is only a year old, and there is a pool heater system so that you can swim most of the year! In the evening you might spend some time away from the mosquitoes on the cozy screen/vinyl porch, complete with a little a.c. unit. The yard has several fruit producing trees, and a "better than most" lawn watering system (seller installed additional sprinkler heads) that reaches most everything in front and back. And the sprinkler system is supplied with well water, as well as the nice big outdoor sink. (Note: When draining water from the pool, make sure the stopper is in the sink!) Seller ordered new windows from Window World (most all are to be replaced) that are to be installed in August. These won't require any additional hurricane protection. As for the inside, the floor plan is open, with a split bedroom design. The kitchen has been updated with lovely cabinets. The center island has been expanded to allow for more storage, and bar stools can be used at one end. The paint selections for the walls are lovely, and the fans and fixtures are very nice. The roof was installed in April, and the heat pump is about 3 years old. The seller has enjoyed low power bills, even with the pool. Residents in the neighborhood with kids like the fact they can walk to Hellen Caro Elementary and Jim Bailey Middle. Come take a look!
