Investor opportunity - this will require a rehab loan or cash. The home is really cute. The living room and kitchen/dining area is large. Some of the windows are double paned vinyl and others are double paned metal. New flooring was installed and home painted a few years ago. Now for the problems: Bathroom needs a lot of work....water issues. Plumber reported the plumbing needs to be replaced..problem is you can not get under the home to do the repairs. Standing water under the home...maybe from leaks. Signs of fungus in the bedroom closet adjoining the bathroom shower. And these are just the things we are aware of.
