Built in 1934 by Porter Fox who owned the established Foxwood Farms, an exclusive Swiss Brown Cow breeding facility, . The property changed hands over the years, finally being purchased by the current owners in 1987. The new owner completely rehabilitated it and enlarged it. Today, the property has been well maintained except for some deferred maintenance, particularly with the exterior siding and the windows, which needs paint, repair and/or replacement. The owner is an engineer by trade and designed most of the property's electrical systems himself. In about 2000, a 2,160 sf Morton building was added to the site. It is filled with a specialized machine collection which is in the process of being sold. The Morton Bldg has radiant heat in the concrete floor, a gas suspended blower and a powered overhead door.
