Heres a story of a nice house in Woodson Terrace. This was my sellers first house. They fixed it up with a giant main bath and updated kitchen, nice hardwood, large master bedroom. After time the family grew bigger and a larger home was needed. When they moved into the new house they kept this as a rental. My sellers are nice people and rented out to some friends. At first things were good then there were some disputes. To get back at my seller the tenants thought it would be a good idea to start a fire in the living room... yeah.
