This is a new construction neighborhood, and there may be dust and work noise when you go outside, and potentially some noise from the living room and master bedroom during the day. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, but is permitted outside as long as smoke and vapors are kept more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows and you clean up after yourself. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors and the area. Late checkout is not available.
