Check-out is at 11 am and check-in is at 4 pm. Instructions for check-in will be sent an hour prior to arrival. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, and deodorizing fees start at $500 if smoke is detected. Noise complaints result in immediate police contact and forfeiture of the security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked within specific temperature ranges. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is as per the reservation, and exceeding it results in loss of the security deposit. Furniture must not be moved, and a fee of $100 per piece applies if repositioning is required. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises. A rental agreement must be electronically signed to confirm the reservation. Wi-Fi is available but not guaranteed to work 100% of the time, and any issues should be reported for resolution.
