It can comfortably accommodate 12 guests with five queen beds and a sofa bed. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Situated in a quiet and cozy residential neighborhood, this property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and features a beautiful stream behind it. Enjoy easy access to Fort Moore, downtown shops and restaurants, and whitewater rafting.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are detected, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left at the property.
