Flower Mound is a lovely suburb of Dallas and one of the best places to live in Texas. With its rural, small-town feel, this neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly. Conveniently located only 16 minutes from the DFW airport, there are also lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks for you to explore. Highlights include CAC Water Park, Stone Creek Park, Twin Coves Park, and Bridlewood Golf Club. For those interested in exploring Dallas, attractions like the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History, Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas, CR Smith Museum, and Six Flags Over Texas are within a short drive.
We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. Only registered guests are allowed. Pets are not allowed. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. A laptop computer is not included.
