We worked hard to have a beautiful well landscaped lot and the inground sprinkler system kept the grass green and healthy. We also installed a new high efficiency HVAC system (still under warranty) to replace the builder grade HVAC system. One of our favorite features of this house was our full-length deck, where we spent countless hours outdoors. The privacy of the woods provided us with such a peaceful and relaxing refuge and it was also great for entertaining.
