The driveway and rear patio were professionally surfaced with Shark Coating in December of 2023 (Shark Coatings of Jax). The kitchen appliances were replaced with new LG models in January of 2024, including an LG door-in-door refrigerator with a craft icemaker (Home Depot). The flooring throughout the home was replaced with Parkay XCC Force Cool Beige LVP in September 2025 (Eastern Flooring).

The home is located on a quiet street with thirty-four lots. There is a city-maintained grass median running for the full length of the property, providing a buffer area between the property and the neighbors across the street.

An Armstrong Woodhaven plank ceiling in Woven Charcoal Gray is installed in Bedroom 3/Den and in the Primary Bedroom walk-in closet. Bedroom 3/Den features graphite gray pivot closet doors with frosted glass.

Additional shelving has been installed for increased storage capacity in all closets and the garage. The garage includes an Ikea Hejne wooden shelving system along one side and pegboard installed on the opposite wall for additional tool storage. Attic access is available via pull-down stairs in the garage along with a scuttle hole in the primary bedroom walk-in closet.

A DirecTV satellite dish is installed in the side yard behind the fence with MetroNet internet service connected (previously serviced by AT&T internet service). The home is wired for a security camera system with audio (NOTE: installed Night Owl system will be removed; BNC wiring will remain). There is a 30 Amp power inlet box along with a GE interlock kit installed at the electrical panel in the garage for connection of a portable generator.
