Honestly Jesus and his team are one of the best not only for couples but for anyone looking to make that big move into becoming a homeowner. Jesus was patient and open to any home we wanted to just look at even if we were not considering it. Not only did he show us many houses but he also contributed his professional thoughts on the house using his years of experience if it was worth bidding or not. He stood next to us all the way up until closing and still communicates with us after the purchase. We finally settled on the house we knew would be a great fit for myself and my family. If there is an honest most stand up team in Central Florida, it’s Jesus Garcia and his team seriously you will not look elsewhere.

I had such a great experience with Jesus. He responded quickly to my inquiry about selling my property and was very knowledgeable about current market values and trends. We went under contract less than 24 hours after the first day of showings. He kept in touch and was very responsive to questions and guiding me in the next steps throughout the process. My husband and I were first time homeowners and we really didn't know what to do or what to expect. We heard so many crazy stories and were super nervous on where to go to purchase a house. But then we meet Jesus Garcia. We told him what we were looking for.
And in our second viewing we found our new home.

Jesus assisted us through everything. He was available to us at anytime of the day if we had any questions and/or concerns. He even accompanied my husband through the walk through when I wasn't able to go.

The Best part of having Jesus as our Realtor he spoke Spanish which is my husband's first language and English is mine. To be able to translate things to both of us at the same time was impressive and a relief. Jesus even went with us on the day of our closing. Which was great because we were nervous.

Now we're two weeks living in our new home and Jesus still checks up on us to see if there's anything we need assistance with. I can go on and on and tell you more good things about Jesus Garcia. If I had to pick 3 words to describe Jesus Garcia it would be Hard working, Professional and Carring. Thank you Jesus for all that you do.
