Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry pods and two dish pods are included with the cleaning fee. Pool and beach towels are not provided.

The neighborhood is quiet, away from the noise and bustle of more crowded properties closer to the beach. Within 10 minutes, you'll find three grocery stores, several fantastic local restaurants, and the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk. Garden City Beach is known for being family-friendly with a laid-back pace of life, making it a favorite annual getaway for many guests.
The property is non-smoking and has a minimum age requirement of 25. Check-in is between 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed six, including infants and children. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
