This gorgeous and modern pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom "B" unit of the duplex offers a perfect getaway for the whole family. It can be rented by itself or with the "A" unit for added space and privacy. The unit comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, or 10 if both sides are reserved. Enjoy the convenience of our gas-powered golf carts to explore the beautiful Garden City beaches, grocery stores, and local eateries like the Conch Cafe, allowing you to de-stress in style.
Unit B, fully remodeled in late 2024/early 2025, features a primary suite with a queen bed, smart TV, and private en-suite bath. The open-plan living room includes plush leather recliners with USB outlets, a 65" smart TV, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and dining and bar seating for up to 4. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds, along with a second bathroom, provide ample space for the family. The large deck out back is perfect for morning coffee or happy hour after beach time.
To enhance your stay, we offer optional super light, durable backpack-style beach chairs and custom golf carts available for rent through your Guest Portal at the time of booking. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry and dish pods are included with the cleaning fee. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. Tax is not included in nightly rates.
Located on Yaupon Ave., on the East side of Hwy 17, the duplex is just a short golf cart ride across the marsh to the spectacular Garden City Beaches. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it's away from the noise and bustle of more crowded properties closer to the beach. Within 10 minutes, you'll find three grocery stores, several fantastic local restaurants, and the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. Garden City Beach is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and laid-back pace of life, making it a favorite annual getaway for many guests.
The property is non-smoking and has a minimum age requirement of 25. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 6, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
