Per Seller: "Issues I know of: When it rains the water comes off the carport towards the trailer and can be muddy. I don't know anything about the septic. There is electricity to the shed, but it was disconnected about 10 years ago. Last spring there was some leaking on the porch, but none when it rained. I was thinking it was because it hadn't been shoveled and somehow dammed up and got in. The porch has issues.. floor needs repair by the door and over by the window. There is a soft spot that we filled with foam under the window in the living room. It was from before the carport was added and we always had a couch there. Skirting is soft under the ground and should be replaced. Water flow to the second bathroom isn't very good. I showered there when I was in Kenai, but the pressure and flow is lacking. When I had the plumber winterize the trailer he thought the pan for the hot water heater needed to be replaced. Everything works, but he thought the water system was kind of old and at some point should be updated. The tank for the filtration system sweats. The second door needs to be redone. The screen door broke off a few years ago and one inside, done by SBSD years earlier isn't quite a perfect fit. I put weather stripping in the gaps, but that isn't a permanent fix. Everything works and the trailer is livable, but there needs to be some repairs at some point. I put on the carport and had the newer carpet and linoleum installed, and the newer appliances."
