Owner was wise enough to place the A/C condenser on a raised platform and the air handler is located above the ceiling. Renovate to your own taste or build a new elevated home with 2 car garage underneath. Owner would consider putting drywall back in if someone wishes to remain on one level. Permits for rebuilding on ground level need to be in by April 9, 2025 per Holmes Beach Building Dept or you will be required to elevate.
