The 1000 square foot Lake Home is in move in condition Built approximately 2000, it features a large open floor plan with hardwood floors, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and is located in a protected cove with deep water and a beautiful full channel view. Additional bedrooms could easily be constructed in the large walk out basement. There is large stone fire pit on the shore for great evenings and a stone seawall with steps to the lake. The Lake Cabin, 775 square feet, built in the 1960s, will need some work or possibly be removed. The rubber boot around the roof vent leaked and caused water damage to the sheet rock between the bathroom and kitchen. It also damaged some of the sub floor. In addition, there was a broken water pipe this winter. It has two bedrooms and one bath. There is no dock but is permitted for a two well dock.
