No pets are allowed. No smoking is permitted in the house, including the use of vape pens and marijuana. A smart smoke detector inside the unit will alert us, and there will be a $200 charge if this rule is not followed. Parties and events are not allowed, and there cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time. A violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. There are cameras outside to ensure that only guests on the reservation enter the property. Please refrain from making noise past 11 PM. A noise detector inside the unit will alert us, and neighbors can contact us with any issues. A late check-out fee of $50 applies for check-outs after 11:00 am if not authorized. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in. If these policies are violated, it will result in your reservation being terminated with no refund and guests asked to leave the premises.
