Home is on .83 acre that backs to a stream and woods with a pond off to the side. Basement is plumbed for a bathroom. 75 Gallon Hot water tank is gas and fairly new. Exterior home features the Victorian front package offered at time of build. New roof now offers new snow and ice shield, a new ridge vent and the warranty transfers to next owner. Upgraded stainless and black appliances are newer. Both Full Baths offer Granite Countertops and upgraded fixtures. Steel support beams and formed and poured slab walls in basement preventing moisture make this a well built home.
