The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed (1st Floor), Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds (2nd Floor), Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 5: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds (1st Floor). The open-concept space has great flow and the large windows allow tons of natural light to stream in. You will love the gorgeous interior design, with great furniture, beautiful décor, and amazing light fixtures. The 5 bedrooms offer tons of space and are equipped with lovely furniture and comfy linens, perfect for getting a good night’s rest. Beautiful tiles and countertops cover the 2.5 full bathrooms, finished with lovely modern upgrades. The private master suite is located on the main floor and features a relaxing jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities. The large living area features a beautiful modern design with vibrant pops of color. The amazing kitchen offers tons of cupboards to store snacks and ingredients and offers ample space on the granite countertops. You’ll have built-in appliances and a large island with barstools to enjoy your meals at. There is a stunning dining room, plus a breakfast area in the kitchen. The backyard oasis is fully fenced in for complete privacy. The gorgeous covered pergola is ideal for entertaining, hanging out, having outdoor meals, and enjoying the Texas weather. Along with ample green space, and a private hot tub, the true gem of the yard is the huge pool with amazing stonework and landscaping around it.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
