The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 12 guests is allowed, with no third-party bookings unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation may stay overnight, with a maximum of 2 additional daytime guests allowed. Trash must be bagged to avoid critters, and firearms must be kept locked in vehicles. Monetary fines may be pursued for rule violations.
