Wow! What a find for a condo this size and at this price. It has an amazing view of the Bimini Basin from this 2nd floor corner unit. It looks like the roof was replaced with a new tile roof in 2008, windows were replaced in 2013 and the owners had the AC replaced in 2014. This unit has its own deeded boat dock and as you can tell by the pictures, it has sailboat access. The inside needs some updating, however if you are looking for a larger than normal condo with great views and gulf access, then this one has to be put at the top of your list. It is also a 55+ community.
