Preference will go to individuals who have previously resided responsibly in a single family home, as demonstrated on-time mortgage payments for home owners and by positive recommendations from previous property managers/owners for renters. 4. Outstanding financial capacity to pay rent, demonstrated by consistent and adequate income stream, and 100% on-time rent or mortgage payments. These criteria will be confirmed in the formal application: Preference will go to renters with outstanding FICO scores and household income at least 3X rent. 5.
