Washer and dryer provided in basement for tenants use only via outside access - no coins needed - however use may be limited based on time of day. No other use of the basement for storage or otherwise is allowed.

Upstairs and downstairs tenants share lawn care and snow removal (this tenant will maintain the lawn with a provided push lawnmower - weekly mowings in season).

Mechanicals/utilities are separately metered. Each unit has their own assigned washer and dryer that is on their utilities.
