They replaced the attic insulation 3yrs ago. The bathrooms are all new, the master bath has a large walkin tile shower. New front door hurrricane rated. New hurricane shutters. Brand new ac and heating unit with all new duct work. Now the Great back yard!! A new shed 10x10 w/electric. Brick pavers that go all around the pool area and an extea large patio pad outside the pool area, along one side of the house runs the pavers to the back yard to the shed. The front walk way and front porch is brick pavers. We need a back up offer on this home. It looks like the contract we have now is not going to work out. This home has a really big back yard that has a 6' wood fence all around it. The roof was replaced around 2004. The pool has a new pebble tec finish on it. This home is nearby all the shopping in North Port, it is in a GREAT location.
