Utilities: Tenant must directly pay for power, water/sewer (EWEB) and internet (Hunter). House is wired with high speed fiber internet connection, but service must be established by tenant.
Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer.
Landscaping: Owner manages all landscaping.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $20 per adult applicant. Approved applicants must provide a security deposit within 5 days of being approved to rent. Lease periods must begin by 10/1/25.
