Due to the spa being on the second-floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service it. They have a code to enter the unit, so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be. No smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) is allowed on the property, with a fine of $500. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. You will be fined for excessive trash or dishes. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Pets are not allowed.
