Violating strict house rules may result in reservation cancellation without refund and immediate eviction. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines. Furniture must be moved back before departure, and all doors and windows must be locked before leaving the home.
