Free parking is available with a double garage and driveway space. Additional street parking is also available. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The fireplace is currently inoperable. Noise level monitoring devices are installed to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances, but they do not record or store sound data.
