The living room area is cozy with a spacious L-shaped couch, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. There is a desk area to get any work done during your stay. The living room includes a large TV and a vibrant electric fireplace. The kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room and is fully stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, and griddle. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. Enjoy sitting together for meals around the table with seating for 8 and at the breakfast bar with seating for 3. A washer and dryer are offered in the main home, with an ironing board and iron provided. Beach towels are provided for guest use. The private, fully gated backyard oasis includes a private swimming pool and 3 private balconies overlooking the pool. There is an outdoor table with umbrella, outdoor chairs, a grill (propane provided), an outdoor shower, and a fun area in the shade, complete with a TV, a full-sized refrigerator, and bar stools to enjoy drinks and dinner at the outdoor bar.
A complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is available exclusively for guests. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, please inquire for pricing. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a required $200 pet fee.
Located in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood, this apartment is less than half a mile walk to gorgeous public beach access. You are in the heart of Crystal Beach and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance.
Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests are expected to clean up after their pet both indoors and outdoors. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
