As of August 2024I asked the photographer upon completion of the photo shoot on this lakeside home what his opinion was of the property, He responded by saying '' I have taken photos of hundreds of homes on Grand Lake over the last 20 years, and I believe this home has the best floor plan and room size of any lake home I have seen. Virtually, every room offers up fantastic lake views.'' Given that, I will try my best to provide a narrative worthy of your attention. From the driveway entry, you will begin to see one of the best panoramic views of Grand Lake anywhere.
