All new A/C - heat ducting was installed; the home was rewired, re-plumbed with CPVC and the flooring was replaced. Also, during the 2002 remodel, ALL WINDOWS WERE REPLACED, AND ARE HURRICANE RATED. The condensing section and evaporative coil were replaced in the HVAC system in 2014. Top quality, beautiful new concrete pavers were installed on the pool deck in 2012; and, IT IS 294 YARDS AWAY FROM THE GOLF COURSE! You could hit the golf course with a drive from your front yard, if you’re a proficient golfer!! To top it all off, it is barely a thousand yards from the CAPE CORAL CITY LIMITS, but the TAXES ARE LOW, because it is in unincorporated territory!
