Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. No parties or events are allowed, and no smoking or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. Please respect the noise curfew from 11pm to 7am. Remove shoes in carpeted areas and close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house, as it can rain heavily during Florida's rainy season. Store food in the fridge or sealed containers to avoid attracting pests. Ensure the A/C temperature remains set at or above 72ºF to prevent the system from freezing. All trash should be securely bagged and placed in the outdoor bin. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, but please coordinate with us in advance for a seamless experience.
